Management
Your Management box is where you and other managers in your organization are displayed. For each manager added, you can display a title, email address, phone number and fax number.
As you add managers, you have the option to invite any manager to be a fellow admin of your website. Once a manager becomes an admin of your site, that person will choose a personal StadiumRoar email address and password, and can independently log into your site to help you add and edit any information. It is very helpful to add people like assistants and program heads as admins of your site.
Adding a Manager
To add a new manager, click the green Add icon under the bottom left corner of your site's Management box. You'll come to a screen where you can add a new manager.
To invite a manager to be a fellow admin of your site, all you need to do is select the "Email an admin invite to this manager" option at the bottom of the screen. If you add a manager and do not select this option, the manager will be added to your site's Management box, however, the person will not be sent an admin-invite email.
The Admin Invite Process
If you add someone as a manager of your site, and invite the person to be an admin, the following will happen:
(1) The person will receive an email from StadiumRoar that announces that you (or a fellow admin) has sent an invitation to be an admin of the site
(2) The person will have the option to accept or deny the invitation; as soon as a decision is made, you and the other admins of the site will be sent an email alert notifying of the decision
(3) If the invite is accepted, the new admin will be guided by StadiumRoar through the process of creating a free account, confirming an email address, and setting a password; the admin can visit StadiumRoar.com at any time in the future, log into your site with the account and add any any all site information
Editing Managers
You have the option to edit managers at any time. To edit your managers, click the orange Edit icon under the bottom left corner of your Management box. You'll come to a screen where you can edit manager info.
On the edit screen, you can edit the fields of Title, Phone and Fax for all managers. However, you cannot edit fields for First, Last and Email for managers whom are site admins. Why? Because site admins have their own accounts on StadiumRoar, and they have full control over how they want their name and email to appear. If an admin wants to edit name or email, the admin must log into StadiumRoar and go into the Account section present on the StadiumRoar Dashboard.
Finally, please note that admins can invite any non-admin manager to be a fellow site admin by clicking the link under the Make Admin column. In the example above, Mary is not yet an admin of the site, even though she is a manager. Jeff or Steve can easily invite Mary to be an admin by clicking the Invite link.
Emailing Managers
When a manager is added, a blue email icon appears next to the manager's name in the Management box. Site visitors can click the icon to send an email to a manager. Learn more about spreading your site to visitors.
